Where can we train with you?
Due to the recent national measures in place for COVID-19 we are unable to offer a home PT service. All of our PT sessions are currently being delivered either outdoors (i.e your local park or green space) or from a gym in central Brighton.
Do we offer personal training for couples or groups?
We only offer a one to one training service so that our personal training and online support services can be combined. This way your nutrition and fitness package remains completely bespoke.
How long do your personal training sessions stay valid for after booking?
Our personal training sessions are sold as part of a 4 week package. All training sessions purchased must be used up within 4 weeks of the package purchase date.
What forms of payment do we except?
All of our 4 week package options are purchased via our services page. Here you will be required to sign up to a non-contract, monthly-rolling, direct debit for the package of your choice, but remember all new costomers get a FREE 1:1 taster session/consultation. So, please don't hesitate to try us out first and see if we're what you're looking for.
